Essvio is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after the shipment leaves our warehouse. If your package appears delayed or missing, we recommend contacting your local postal service or carrier first.

Claims regarding missing or lost packages must be filed with Essvio within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date; otherwise, they will be considered invalid.
