Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Essvio. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the unique, personalized, and/or limited-edition nature of many of our products, all sales made through Essvio are considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and payment is processed.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or defective, you must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment at support@essvio.com. Please include detailed photographs clearly showing the issue along with your order number and contact information.

Upon receipt of your claim and verification of the damage or defect, Essvio will, at its sole discretion, either offer a replacement product or issue store credit valid for future purchases. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided under any circumstances.

Please note that Essvio is not responsible for any damages, defects, or loss incurred due to mishandling by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our fulfillment center.

All requests for refunds or returns made after the 7-day window will be declined.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that lack sufficient evidence or appear fraudulent.

Any customer who files a chargeback without first contacting Essvio and following the procedures outlined in this policy will be deemed in violation of our terms and will be vigorously disputed using all available documentation, including correspondence, tracking information, and photographic evidence.
